Pilates is a body conditioning routine that helps you connect with your body, be aware of how you use or misuse it, be conscious of how you move, what muscles you’re using or not, and be in the moment with your breath and your mind. It is an escape to oneself, an opportunity to find a sanctuary within you, and a method to connect your body and mind.
